ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Because all Teal Line Studio products are digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the digital file(s) have been made available for download.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Digital files cannot be “returned” once delivered or made accessible.
• You have read the full product description, including file format and content details, before purchasing.
• Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind, accidental purchase, or if the product did not meet personal expectations.
EXCEPTIONS
We want every customer to have a great experience. While we do not offer refunds, we will make it right in the following situations:
• The file you received is corrupted or fails to download. Please contact us and we will provide a replacement file promptly.
• You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error. Duplicate charges will be refunded.
• You received a file that is materially different from what was described or shown in the product listing.
To report any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@teallinestudio.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will respond within 2 business days.
HAVING TROUBLE WITH YOUR FILE?
Before reaching out, here are a few things to try:
• Make sure you have a PDF viewer (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) or an image viewer installed on your device.
• Check your downloads folder or the email confirmation you received for your download link.
• If your download link has expired, contact us and we will resend it.
We are happy to help troubleshoot any technical issues with your purchase.
